How to Fix

Step 1: Check all connector/housing connections between Display PCB and Wi-Fi modem. Reconnect any loose connectors.

Step 2: With Wi-Fi function enabled, measure Wi-Fi modem output voltage at 5th Pin ~ 6th Pin of modem connector; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If stuck, replace Wi-Fi modem.

Step 3: Check Display PCB output at CON101 2nd Pin ~ 8th Pin; expected 5V. Check CON101 4th Pin ~ 8th Pin; must NOT be 0V or 5V. If signal is stuck, replace Display PCB.

Step 4: If all checks pass, explain to customer.
